It is a few weeks before we take off for Maine, so we thought that we would have a practice run to see how our new toys work. We are presently camping in South Llano State Park. For my birthday Kim gave me an electric bike. I have really enjoyed using it as instead of just 5 or 6 miles I am able to easily do 25.

On the other hand, Kim purchased a new origami fold-up kayak, which at first was a challenge to set up, but quickly converted into a full size kayak.

All in all, I would say we are ready to tackle our up coming trip now if somebody could please help us getting gracefully up off the ground.
