Caddo Lake State Park…one of my Favorites.

A picture says it all

A fisherman trying his luck.

It has been a great 2 days and we will miss this very magical place, but I am sure that we will be back one day. we now head off to Arkansas.

And now I leave you with a few of the beautiful birds, who were easily identified thanks to the Merlin Birdlife APP.

  1. Very nice group of birds. We have seen those on several occasions on our birding trips to Texas during migration. 😎

  2. Very nice group of birds 😎. We have seen those species on our trips to Texas during the spring migration. The Northern Parula winters in s. Florida and Mexico (same with White-eyed vireo). The Red-eyed vireo is a long distance migratory bird. It winters in central/south America. The others are year round gems like to travel in the south…just like you and Kim!

That’s it from the bird need.

    XO’s
