Jack and I are about 3 1/2 hours away from Monument Valley, Utah, which is what I consider the start of our photo vacation. For the last 2 days this has mostly been my view. If you look really hard you can see Jack's vehicle off in the distance.

We are so focused on our destination, that I haven't even taken a photo with my “big boy” camera. Hopefully that will all change this afternoon. Now I have got to pack up, have some breakfast and get to Monument Valley. Let the adventures begin!

I do have a very nice fleece vest that someone gave me, and yes it is getting good use, at least in the morning. I haven’t posted again as I am dry camping and can not get enough wifi to post photos. Hope to soon, but in the mean time, I am having a great time. Monument Valley, UT is everything I hoped it would be.
